How a partnering event works?
A partnering event organised by the Enterprise Europe Network is a quick and easy way to meet potential co-operation partners. Meetings last 20 minutes which is usually enough time to build connections, then the bell rings and you move onto your next meeting.
Still curious about the process? You can check the following short video prepared by Enterprise Europe Network.
1. Registration and Set up a profile
01 December 2019 to 04 March 2020
Create a strong profile which will raise your visibility to others on this platform. Make it clear and concise. Your profile should describe who you are, what you can offer potential partners and who you want to meet. A good profile will significantly generate more meetings. Don't forget your profile will be live and visible even after the event.
Make sure you tick the "matchmaking session" box. In these sessions you are available for meetings with other Partnering participants.
2. Meeting selection
01 February to 04 March 2020
Be active not reactive. From the first February 2020 you can book and accept meetings with other participants. Browse the participant list and book meetings with companies you are interested.
A meeting request remains pending unless the requested participant has accepted the request. Only accepted meeting requests will be scheduled. The meeting requests can be confirmed until 04 March 2020 .
3. Build connections
03-04 March 2020
Around 2 days before the Partnering will take place you will receive an email with your detailed meeting schedule. Usually the meetings will take place at JEC in Hall 6 - R52
If you have any questions, plase do not hesitate to contact the organisers or your regional "support office"
"Support Office" are in most cases Enterprise Europe Network offices (Chamber of Commerces, Technology agencies, etc.) who support companies in doing international business free of charge. If your region is not listed in the drop-down menue, please select "Other".
